Non-Perishable Teasers

Tobi Lou's Non-Perishable release was a music project that involved creating a lot of visual content to accompany the music. I was given specific tasks related to scene design, character animation, and a fluid simulation.

Scene design involved creating the visual environment in which the characters and action would take place. This required a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of composition and color theory. I worked closely with the project's art director to create a visually striking and cohesive environment that complemented the music's tone and vibe.

Character animation involved bringing the various characters in the scene to life through movement and expression. This required a combination of technical skill and creativity, as I had to consider factors like timing, weight, and personality when animating each character. I used industry-standard software tools like Maya or Blender to create smooth and believable character animations.

Finally, a fluid simulation involved creating a realistic animation of a fluid, such as water or smoke, within the scene. This required a deep understanding of physics and advanced software tools, like Houdini, to create a realistic and visually appealing simulation.

Overall, the Non-Perishable project was a challenging but rewarding experience that required a diverse range of skills and technical knowledge. Working collaboratively with other VFX team members, we were able to create an immersive and visually stunning experience that complemented Tobi Lou's music and added an exciting visual element to the project.
